Medicare
Up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.
Private Health
Rebates may be available depending on your fund and level of cover.
NDIS
Treatment available for NDIS participants.
Self-referral
No referral needed. Self-referrals welcome; no clinical diagnosis required.
You do not need to be referred by your doctor nor have a Mental Health Care Plan to work with me. However, you will not be able to access a Medicare rebate without a referral in place.
Your doctor may refer you via a Mental Health Care Plan. Your initial referral is typically for six sessions. After that, a review with your GP may extend the referral for the remaining four sessions (up to 10 per calendar year, January–December). Longer-term treatment may extend beyond the 10 Medicare-supported sessions.
Please check with your health fund to see if they offer rebates for clinical psychology.
Cancellation policy
A 48-hour notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled without adequate notice will incur a fee.
