ABOUT ME
I am extremely motivated and invested in supporting individuals to create a fulfilling life through building healthy relationships with themselves and others. I recognise the courage and vulnerability it takes for clients to engage in therapy and consider the therapeutic relationship a key aspect for change, therefore I ensure to create a warm, safe, non-judgemental environment for my clients.
My goal is to help individuals identify their strengths, gain deeper insight and understanding of themselves and better manage their reactions. Through collaboratively discussing treatment goals, I am able to provide tools and help develop more adaptive coping mechanisms required to navigate everyday life challenges.
